We at Columbia Pacific offer a unique service that functions much the same as the call when needed, or “CWN” fleet of private fire pumpers, tenders, bulldozers, aircraft etc. that the National Interagency Fire Center, USFS, Cal Fire, BLM etc. utilizes to enhance & support it’s fleet needs during extreme fire situations, except ours is geared towards you, the supporting FBO’s or individual contractor. What we offer you is the ability to supplement your air-tanker refueling and support capability for avgas, jet and oil replenishment. Customized, tanker-specific & configured equipment with tanker ops. trained and experienced personnel without the financial outlay of long term leases or outright purchases of specialized vehicles that are utilized for only 1-6 months of the year ...One of the largest deficiencies and complaints within the aerial fire fighting community towards the supporting FBO’s are generally the lack of equipment capable of handling the high 100LL fuel volumes required to support the DC-6&7’s, P2s, CL215 and even the water bound Martin Mars etc. during a fire bust. This is also true of the oil required to support the large radials and jet fuel to a certain extent, in certain circumstances. These problems are truly hard to fault the FBO in part, because of the short and unsure nature of the fire season and the high financial burden of equipment.

What we can supply you with: We deliver to you a single truck or fleet of trucks meeting NFPA 407 standards, specifically configured to support the fire industry. FAR 139.321 fire safety and FAR 107.209 security qualified, tanker support trained operators who take their directions from you. Portable, metered oil support units and oil if needed, capable of providing W120 or 25W60 at 15gpm and a comprehensive insurance program to cover our operations, pumping and working for any fuel brand.
Program term: Our lease/rental program can be configured to meet your particular needs. It can be as short as 1 week and as long as 1-3 months depending on the particular needs of your operation and/or the regions fire situation. We can also be flexible in assignment, being rotated between bases or remote locations as needed.
